Okay let's start:

Open a new layer 600x400 pix
Open all tubes in PSP

Pick two colours from a tube
Dark (background) and Light (foreground) colours
The front colour becomes a gradient 45/0

Fill your layer with this gradient
Texture effects Blinds
4/25 light colour
Don't mark the horizon

Go to the tube 5th May parade
Copy and paste as a new layer

Place this tube in the right upper corner
Opacity 77

Go to the tube with the man on a hamper
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move them to the left upper corner
Opacity 75
Move down

Copy and paste as a new layer

Move the tube down
Opacity 80

Merge all layers

Copy and paste as a new layer

Drop shadow 10/10/50/5

Font of choice

Write the text
Drop shadow 5/5/50/1

Merge all layers and place your watermark
Save as JPG
