Let's start:

Open all tubes in PSP
Pick 2 colours out off the SDT tube
Foreground colour light background colour dark

Open a new transperant layer 800x600 pix
Fill this with the dark colour

Plugin Mura Meister Clouds
Default settings
(2x100, 1x3 the rest on 0)

New layer
F fill this with the light colour
Layer load mask from disk
go to the mask2zs776a
invert transparency

The mask layer is active
(the black/white layer)
Click with the magic wand in the 2 frames

Merg group
1x delete
Invert selection
Inner bevel:
Bevel (2)
31 /100/24/-39/0
White 18/50/60

Go to the scenery tube from Nikita
Copy and paste in selection

Move down
CTRL D

Go to the scenery tube from MMDesignz
Copy & paste as a new layer

Don't move it anymore
Layers arrange move down
Blend modus luminance legacy

Merge all layers
Go to the plugin FM Tile Tools
Blend Emboss default settings

Select all
Selection modify contract 20
New layer
3d Effects cutout
2/2/100/5

New layer repeat cutout -2/-2

CTRL D
Merge visible

Select all layers
Selection modify contract 10
Invert

Outer bevel default settings

Go to the woman tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 80%
Place here on the left site

Go to the tube from Betsie
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize 1x with 50% & 2x 80%

Place this tube on the right side of you creation
Opacity 75

Go to the butterfly tube from MMDesignz
Copy & poste as a new layer

3x resize 80%
Mirror and place the tube in the right upper corner
Merge all layers
Place your watermark

If you look good to the woman you see a pattern of
glitters, we are going to select them

Take the free hand selection and select the pattern that you see
If you want you can also select the nervs of the buttrfly wings
(see the finished creation )

Duplicate the creation 3x
(Now you have 4 layers)
We lock the 3 copy's

We stay on the first layer
adjust-add noise-add noise
45 gaussian monochrome checked

Repeat this step for the 3 copy's
change the 45 in:
50 2nd layer/55 3rd layer/60 4th layer

Save your creation as AS

Open your AS and open the creation you made
Go to "look for animation"
Look if your okay with it

**I also gave the creation some stars.
If you want to do that also then look if it don't have
more then 4 frames.**

Are you happy with your creation then save it as GIF
