Open all tubes in your PSP
Pick from 1 tube 2 colours in the same teint

I Took 2 lighter colours.

We open a new Workfield
800x600px transperant

Make a gradient from you forn colour
Linair angel 45 repeat 0

Fill your workfield with this gradient

Go to the tube from Nurso
Copy and past as new layer
Move here to the upper left corner

She may come over the left border not over the top border

Lumnance old
opacity 75

Go to the tube from MMD
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move only up keep it in the middle

Stay on the layer with the tube from MMD
Go to the tube from Macha
Copy and past as a new layer

resize with 80%
We move the tube to the right corner below
Move the layer down under MMD

Go to freehand feather on 20
Above the head of the Swan we make a selection
so that we have select the moon

Lumnance old
Opacity 80

Go to the sea Shells tube
Copy and past as a new layer

resize 2x 80%
Move to the left under corner
Move down (under the Swan tube)

Select with the pick tool (K Key)
Make the tube bigger by pulling it to the right

Merge all layers
FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss standard

AAA Frame Texture Frame
Standard settings

Place your watermark

Go to the tube from Grace
Copy and past as a new layer

We move the tube down
She will not hit the black last border

Dropshadow
Standard settings
Change the clour in the light colour

Go to the txt tool and look for
Baltazhar (or 1 of your choice)

decide your zelf the size

Write your text
Dropshadow 2/2/75/2 dark colour

Merge all layers

Duplicate 3x
Select alle giltters
Don't select the hair of the angel

lock the 3 duplicate layers

Add noise
Uniform monochrome 30

Lock layer 1 unlock layer 2 and activate
Repeat noise with 35

Repeat this step with layer 3 and 4
layer 3 with 40 & layer 4 with 45

CTRL D
Unlock every layer

Safe as AS
Oopen Animation shop

Look for your creation
Open in AS

Open The stars
CTRL A
CTRL C

Go to the creation CTRL A
CTRL E and give the stars een place
Repeat it 2 a 3x

If you like it this way then save it as GIF
With a nice name
