Snow man tube (take 1 of choice)

Let's start this nice tutorial:

Open all tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours from a tube
Try to let it fit in the x-mas spirit

The dark colour becomes a gradient
Lineair angle 45 repeat 1

Open a new layer transparent 700 x500 pixels
Fill this layer with the gradient
Select all
Modify contract 50
push the delete button once

Control D

New layer
Fill with the light colour
Layer-> Load/Save Maske -> Load from disk
Mask edgemask53ms
(you may also use a different mask that has something to do with X-mas)
Layer- Merge - Merge Group

Select the part without the stars

Delete 1x
(we only keep the stars and the dots)

Push the K key (pick tool)
Now we selected the mask

we make the size of the mask the same as the border we
made of step 2

Effects -> 3d Effects -> Drop shadow 2/2/75/9
Duplicate this layer and mirror
Duplicate the copy
Rotate 90 degrees left
Place this in the upper border

Duplicate the upper copy
flip over
Merge visible layers

Layer -> New layer
Layer - Arrange -> Move down
(we are working under the border)

Selection -> Select all
Activate the tube of Macha
Copy and paste into the selection
Control D
Move a bit down

Activate the snow man
Copy and paste as a new layer
Make sure the snowman don't disappear behind the border
Merge all layers

Activate the x-mas woman
Copy and paste as a new layer
(when you like mirror)
Drop shadow 6/8/60/15

Activate the x-mas balls
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate this layer 2x
Give the 2 a nice place

Merge down 2x
Move down under the woman tube
Drop shadow 2/2/75/4
Merge all layers

Activate the font tool
Look for the nice x-mas font
Settings of choice

Type your Text
Inner bevel default settings
Repeat the drop shadow of step 8

Rezise to 600pix
Maybe sharpness-> sharper

Place a watermark and save as JPEG
