Let's start this tutorial:
1.
Open a new transperant layer 750x550
Open all tubes and Image into PSP
Activate old paper
Edit -> Copy
Activate the empty layer
Selection -> Select All
Paste into selection (SHIFT+CTRL L)

Effects -> Texture effects -> Texture:

Arcering Fine
Effects -> Edge effects -> Enhance

Activate tube MarieL_2006_09Septembre_smoke08t
Copy & paste as a new layer
Blendmode Luminance legacy
Opacity 50%
4.
Activate the tube SS_791_Misted
Copy & paste as a new layer
Mirror (CTRL M)
Flip (CTRL I)
Layer - Arrange - Move Down
3 pearls in the middle move over the border
Opacity 70
Layer - Arrange - move down
5.
Activate tube Nadine_Anastacia-002
Copy and paste as a new layer
Place the tube on the left side of your picture
(the ear against the border)
The tube may fall over the border
Opacity 75%
Activate the ereaser
Ereas that what you see true the face of Anastacia
6.
Activate tapvrouw38
Copy & patse as a new layer
Resize 2x with 95%
Move the tube to the right
7.
Merge all layers
Effects -> plug-ins -> AAA Frame Photo frame:

Effects -> Plug-ins-> AAA Frame Texture:

Activate the text tool
Take a font of choice mine was Adore
Type the name “Anastacia”
Or the person or text you took/like
Place the text the way you like
Effects -> Inner bevel -> Default settings
Blend mode soft light
PLace you watermark & resize the image to 600pix
Save your creation
