Let's start:

Open all tubes into psp
Open a new layer 400x400 pix

From a tube we take 2 colours
light foreground colour and
dark background colour
Foreground colour becomes to be a gradient
radial angle 45 repeat 1
Fill the layer with the gradient

Activate the beach tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Opacity 44

Activate the ship tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move up so it will come above the beach tube
move down 1x
Edge effects enhance

Activate family beach
Copy and paste as a new layer
Opacity 67

Activate the word art
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 90%
Rotate 15 left
Drop shadow 1/1/100/2

Plug-in Xero Porcelian default settings

Border 2 pix light colour
Resize to 400 pix
Place a watermark
Save as JPEG
