AAA Frame Photo Frame
We start with this tutorial:

Open all tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours out of a tube
Foreground colour is light background colour will be dark

Open a new layer transperant 750x550
Fill this layer with the dark colour
Activate tube aabibichescenery02
Copy and paste as a new layer
move the tube to the left upper corner
The tube will cross the border
(please not more the the half of the tube)

Luminance legacy

Activate tube aaabibicheguilach001
Copy and paste as a new layer
Mirror and place the tube on the right (hand) site
This tube may cross also over the border

Copy and paste as a new layer
resize with 67%

Place the tube in the left bottom corner

Freehand selection point to point:

Select around the tube
Insert
3x delete button

Activate aabibichefairy80
Copy and paste as a new layer
Go to the freehand selection the settings are okay
Select around the fairy
Insert
2x delete button

Duplicate the fairy
Original layer soft light
The copy layer opacity on 75

Activate the font tool
Take a font of choice
Type your text
Drop shadow default settings
Repeat with 1/1/100/1

Merge all layers
Place the watermark
Re3size to 600pix width
Save as JPEG
