Let's start this tutorial:

Open the tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours from the woman tube

Foreground is light background is dark

Open a new layer 800x650px
Fill with the dark colour

Texture effects texture
With the next settings
Texture AV_4/ 185%
5/7/5/10
Colour is white 315/50/50

New layer
Fill this with the light colour
Load mask from disk
Mask26_by_nd2007
Invert transparency

Go to the selection tool
Take the circle

Try to make a round selection from the middle
in the left circle on the left side above

Try to make this selection as big as the circle of the mask
Modify contract with 2pix
Click on the Delete key button
Ctrl D

Repeat this with every circle from the mask
Except the right circle

Change the circle in Free hand selection
And make a round selection in the right circle
Follow the line from this circle
Repeat the contract 2 pix
Click on the delete key button

Go to the roses tube
The roses are on 1 layer
Make a selection with the rectrangle around the rose which is alone
from the flower to the first leaf
Rotate 90 degrees right
Make from the selection a layer

Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 75%
We place this tube in the little circle on
the left side below

Select the inside of the circle with the magic wand
Invert
Activate the tube layer and click on delete

We repeat step 4 with the other roses
But we rotate this to the left side
The 3 roses become in the left big circle
The big roses (more then 3) going in the circle right above

Go to the woman tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 85%
Place her in the big circle

Activate the mask layer
Select the inside of the circle
Activate the tube layer
Invert and click on delete

Merge down 3x
Luminance Legacy

Merge all layers

Duplicate this layer
Resize with 85%

Activate the merge layer
Opacity 40

Activate the copy layer
Duplicate this layer
Resize with 85%

Activate the first copy
Art media effects
Brush stroke default settings colour is the light colour

Activate the second copy layer
Drop shadow default settings
Repeat with -10/-10

Select all
Modify contract with 15 and invert
Make a foreground/background gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 1

Fill the selection with the gradient
Graphic plus cross shadow
Default settings

Outer bevel default settings

Merge all layers
