Let's Start this tutorial:
1.
Open all materials & the mask into PSP
Open a new layer transparent 600x550pix
Take the next colours:
Foreground colour: #dce7ec
Background colour: #425272
Fill the layer with the background colour
2.
Effects-> Plug-ins-> Mura Meister Clouds:

Layer new layer
Fill this layer with the foreground colour

Layer - New mask layer - Out of image:

Layer - Merge - Merge group
Effects -> Edge effects -> Enhance more

Selection -> Selection load/save -> Load selection from disk:

Selections-> Promote selection to layer
Duplicate this layer
We call these layers 2 &
We are going to move layer 3
We place the left border on the right border of layer 2
It looks like that they have 1 border together
(see image below)
Move layer 3 up
We have 1 block free till the border
(In the screen I have locked the colour layer so you can see what I mean)

(The screen size is smaller than the real size)

Active tube Leny 300
Image ->Mirror
Copy
Activate magic wand
Tolerance & Feather on 0
Layer -> new layer
Activate layer 2
Click in the frame of layer 2
Paste into selection
Layer - Arrange -> Move down
Blend mode on Luminance
Layer -> New layer
Fill the selection with the light colour
Opacity 30
CTRL D

Activate layer 3
Click with your magic wand into this frame
Activate the mask layer
1x delete
Activate layer 3
Layer - New layer
Layer - Arrange- Move down
Activate tube NS_200_0409
Copy and paste into selection
Opacity 60
Blend mode Luminance
Layer -> New layer
Fill this layer with the light colour
Opacity 28
CTRL D

Effects -> Plug-in -> Andrew 8:

Activate layer 3

Activate tube MMDesignz_Si042139
Copy & paste as a new layer
image -> Mirror
Place this tube as you see on screen:

Layer -> Merge -> Merge all layers

Selection - Select all
Selection -> Modify -> Contract 5 pix
Selection -> Invert
Fill your selection with the dark colour
Effects -> 3d effects -> Inner Bevel -> default settings
11.
Image -> border 1 pix black
Image - border 5 pix background colour
Select this border with the magic wand
Repeat inner bevel
CTRL D
12.
Place your watermark
Resize to 600 pix
Save as JPEG
