Let's start this tutorial:
1.
Open all tubes into PSP
Open a new transparent layer 850x650
Foreground colour: #6e8194
Background colour: #3c434c
Fill the layer with the dark colour
Or a colour of choice
2.
Effects -> Plug-in -> Mura Meister Clouds:

Take thes settings or colour of choice
Layer -> New layer
Fill this layer with the light colour or the colour of choice
Opacity 37%
Layer -> Merge -> Merge down
Effects -> Edge effects -> Enhance
3.
Activate tube k@rine_ dreams _Misted_1709_Mai_2011
Copy & paste as a new layer
Image -> Resize -> 90%
All layers is not marked
Place the tube in the left upper corner

Activate the tube made by Nikita
Copy & paste as a new layer
CTRL M (Mirror)
Place this tube in the right upper corner
Layer - arrange -> Move down
Blend mode on luminance legacy
Activate the layer with the tube made by K@rine

Activate tube Cry me a River made by PSP Devil
Copy & paste as a new layer
Place this tube between the 2 other tubes and a bit higher
Layer -> Arrange -> Move down 2x
Adjust -> Sharpness -> Sharpen more
5.
Activate the upper layer from your work field
(with the tube of K@rine)
Activate tube aclis_paisaje_002_15_12_2008
Copy & paste as a new layer
Activate the K key and make the tube bigger
by pulling to the left and right
Click now on the M of the keyboard
Layer -> Arrange -> move down 3x
(under the man face)

Layer-> Merge -> Merge all layers
Layer -> promote background layer
Effects -> Plug-in -> FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss
Default settings
Copy
Image -> Canvas size:

Select the raster part
Layer -> New layer
Activate this layer
Paste into selection and move down
7.
Adjust -> blur -> Radial blur:

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance
Repeat 1x
Opacity 80%
Layers -> Merge -> Merge all layers
Layers -> Promote background layer
8.
Effects -> Plug-in-> AAA Frames Foto Frame:

Repeat 1x
9.
Activate tube Wings of Fire -misted tube of A PSP Devil
Copy and paste as a new layer
Place the tube in the right corner below
The pink touch the border of the filter
(See the Image of the creation)
Select the wing of fire with the lasso:

"vrije hand"is "free hand"
NOTE
Select only the wings not the chest
10.
Duplicate this tube 3x
Activate the original tube
Effects – Plug-ins - Eye Candy 3 Fire:

Activate the first copy
Repeat the filter and change the Random into 30
Activate the second copy
Repeat the filter and change the Random into 40
Activate the third copy
Repeat the filter and change the Random into 50
CTRL D
Place your watermark

Lock all copies
Edit -> Copy merged (CTRL+SHIFT C)
Open AS
Paste as a new frame (CTRL V)
Back to PSP lock the original layer unlock the first copy
CTRL+SHIFT C
Back to AS
CTRL+SHIFT L
**Back to PSP Unlock the second copy and lock the first**
CTRL+SHIFT C
Back to AS
CTRL+SHIFT L
Repeat the ** with the third copy
CTRL+SHIFT C
Back to AS

Animation – Frame properties
Change to 30
Save as GIF
