Let's start this tutorial

Open a new transparent layer 700x700 pix
Open all materials into PSP

Take the next colours:
Foreground colour: #d1cfe1
Background colour: #615b87
They are from the same line of colour

Activate the template
Activate the layer with rectangle
Copy and paste as a new layer on the empty layer

Activate the magic wand all settings on 0
Modus on Add (Shift) and Match Mode on RGB
Select the border
Fill with the dark colour

Effects-> 3d effects-> Outer Bevel
Default settings
Repeat the Outer bevel
CTRL D

Select with the magic wand the inside of the rectangle
Selection -> Modify -> expand with 2 pix
Click on the delete button

CTRL D

Activate the empty layer (1)

Activate Image 6
Resize to 700 pix width
Layer-> Mask load/save -> Load mask from disk
Mask Yuck:

Merge group
Copy and paste as a new layer

Adjust -> Hue and saturation-> Colorize
Next settings: 176/60
Opacity 75

Activate layer 2
Back to the template
Activate the layer with the dotted circle
Copy and paste as a new layer

Select all
Float (CTRL F)
Defloat (CTRL+SHIFT F)

Fill this with the light colour
Repeat the outer bevel from step 2(1x)
CTRL D

Activate the layer with the image 6
Activate HB1-009
Resize 700pix
Copy and paste as a new layer

Repeat colorize from step 3
Duplicate the layer and merge down
Opacity 60

Activate the template again
Activate the layer with “desire” Ratser 1
Copy and paste as a new layer

Don't move it it is ok now
Activate the rectangle (raster 2)
Select the inner part of the rectangle

Back to the "Desire" layer
1x delete

We stay on this layer
Select all
CTRL F
CTRL+SHIFT F

Change the background colour into gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 3
Fill the letters with the gradient
CTRL D

Effects -> 3d effects -> Inner bevel:

Activate tube 226 made by Lila
Copy and paste as a new layer
The tube is okay now

Activate the selection tool and take Circle
Feather on 10
Activate the ruler
Take above and on the left side 350
You are now in the middle of the circle
Make a selection until the border of the dotted circle

Selection invert 1x delete
CTRL D

Blend Mode luminance legacy
Opacity 75

You see the border of the rectangle trough the tube

Activate rectangle layer

Activate the eraser and take the settings you want
Delete the parts of the rectangle you see trough the tube

Activate the upper layer
Activate tube 368 made by Lila
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move the tube against the border of the doodle

Merge visible layers

CTRL C
CTRL V
(in PSPX3 CTRL+SHIFT V)

Move to the border
Place your watermark

Border 1 pix black
