Let's start:

Open all tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours out of a tube
Light is foreground colour
dark is background colour

Foreground colour becomes a gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 2

Open a new layer transparent 800x600px
Fill this layer with the gradient

Activate the scenery tube made by Luz (1851)
Copy and paste as a new layer
Select this tube with the pick tool
pull the tube all directions and make shure that the rock will
touch the border

Opacity on 80

Activate the scenery tube made by MDZ
Resize to 600px height
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 75%

Move the tube to the right side
Select the tube with the pick tool

We pull to the left and the top
Now you see the 2 last rocks of the tube below

Adjust->Sharpness-> Sharpen more
Opacity on 80

Activate the woman face made by Yoka
Copy and paste as a new layer

Mirror and move to the left

Opacity on 35

Merge all layers
Plug-in FM Tile Tools
Blend Emboss default settings
Plug-in Xero Nostalgie default settings

Select all
Adjust contract with 15px
Inner bevel default settings

Activate the Unicorn made by MMDesign
Copy and paste as a new layer

Mirror and move the tube to the left
bottom corner

Activate the lady tube made by Aclis
Resize with 65%

Copy and paste as a new layer
Move her to the right she may cross the border

Border 1 pix black
Place a watermark

Activate the text font
Font of choice same with the settings

Type the text you like
Drop shadow 2/2/75/2
Soft light

Save as JPEG
