Let's start this tutorial:

Open all tubes into PSP
Open a new transperant layer 800x600

Activate the scenry tube made by Tube M
Copy the background not the tube
Back to the empty layer
Select all -> paste into selection

Activate the tube again
Copy the tube layer and paste as a new layer

Activate the pick tool(quick key K)
Pull the tube up to the border above
Move the tube a bit to the left side
On the right side you see a line we are
going to erase it with the eraser

Settings of choice

Activate the second scenery tube made by Babz
Copy and paste as a new layer
Activate the pick tool (K)
Pull the tube over the whole layer
It may cross all borders

Move down
The hole of the tube is on the right hand side
and you see it from under the other tube
Free hand selection point to point
Feather on 25
Select the hole

Activate the layer with with the unicorn
Delete 1x

Merge all layers
AAA Frame Photo Frame
Default settings

Activate the couple tube made by H@nne
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move down in the left hand corner

Activate the valentine accent tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Mirror and place this tube a bit in the hole

Soft light
Duplicate once

Activate the word art
Copy and paste as a new layer
resize to 50%

Activate the move tool
Make sure the tube is between the lines of
the background

Activate the angel tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Activte the pick tool (K)
Resize with the pick tool the tube between de second border above and down
Place her against the right black border

Duplicate this layer 2x
Activate the second copy layer

VM Natural Sparkle default setting

Activate the first copy layer
Repeat the plug-in with 33/255/255/255/214/156

Activate the original tube layer
Repeat the plug-in with 46/255/255/255/202/118

PLace your watermark

Lock the 2 copy layers of the angel
SHICT+CTRL+C
Activate AS
CTRL V

Back to PSP
Lock the original layer of the angel
Unlock copy 1 of the angel tube

SHIFT+CTRL+C
Back to AS
SHIFT+CTRL+L

Repeat this with the second copy of the angel

Open the animation into AS
Move the last frame
Select all and copy the stars

Back to your creation
CTRL A
CTRL E
Let it lose on the place you want to have the stars

Go to Animation
Propperties of frame change to 50
Look at Vieuw
When you want it to have it slower then you can change it

Animation
Resize frame to 600pix
