Let’s start:

Open all tubes in PSP
Open a new layer 600x400 transparent
Pick 2 colours from a tube
Light on front dark on the back

Fill the transparent with the light colour

New layer
Fill this layer with the dark colour

Mask load from disk
Look for mask 24dgarc
Source of luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask clicked on
Merge group

New layer
Activate your lasso (freehand selection)
Point to point feather & fluent 0

View rulers
Right upper corner 600
Get a triangle to 330 left under corner
Then go to the right & up so you have a triangle selection

Fill the triangle with your dark colour

Selection is still on
Plug-in VM Stylize Motion Trail Wildstandard
(it is possible that this plug-in stands in VMToolbox)

Drop shadow -8/-7/77/56
Opacity 36

Go to the bride tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Drop shadow repeat
Move her to the right side

Duplicate her
Activate the original tube layer
Distortion wind 100

Mosaic antique: 75/75/100/5/50
Opacity 50

Copy & paste as a new layer
Move to the left corner under
Blend luminance legacy

Border 5 pix light
Border 1 pix dark

Place your watermark
Save as JPG
