Let´s start:

1.
Foreground colour: #de0003
Background colour: zwart

Open a new layer transparent 850 x 650 pix
Fill this layer with black

Layer -> New layer
Fill this layer with the red colour

2.
Layer -> New mask layer -> From Image:

Layer -> Merge -> Merge group
Opacity 71%
Layer -> Merge layer -> Merge all

3.
Opacity on 85%

Effects -> Plug-ins -> Graphic Plus Cross Shadow
default settings
Repeat it 1x

4.
Open a new layer 850x650pix

Fill with black
Selection -> Select All
Selection -> Modify -> Contract 2 pix

Fill the selection with red
Selection-> Modify -> Contract 2 pix

Fill this selection with black
Selection -> Modify -> Contract 2 pix

Layer -> New layer
Fill this layer with red
CTRL D

5.
Layer -> New mask layer -> From Image
Mask and settings are the same as in step 2

Layer -> Merge -> Merge group

Opacity 65%

6.
Activate the tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Image -> Resize:

Take these settings

Place the tube against the inner red line
The tube may cross the border on the left side

7.
Effects -> Plug-in -> Mura Meister Copys:

Layer -> Arrange -> Move down
Opacity 57%

Effects -> Egde effects -> Enhance

8.
Paste as a new layer
(The image is still there )

Image -> Resize
Change 90% in 110%

Place the tube against the big border we made in
step 4 the last star on the left side may
not cross the border

9.
Activate the font tool and tkae a font of choice
Mine was John Handy LET

Type the words you want
Effects -> 3d effects -> Drop shadow:

Image -> Rotate:

PLace the text in the right hand corner

Layer -> Merge -> Merge visible layers

10.
Image -> Resize:

Take these settings

Copy and go back to the first layer we made
Paste as a new layer

11.
Layer -> Merge -> Merge all layers

Selection-> Sellect All
Selection -> Modify -> Contract 3 pix
Selection -> Invert

Effects-> 3d effects -> Inner Bevel:
default settings

12.
Place your watermark

Image -> resize to 600 pix
Save as a new layer
