Let's start this tutorial:

Open a new layer transparent 985x447

Pick 2 colours from a tube
Light foreground colour
Dark background colour

Fill the new layer with the dark colour
New layer
Fill this layer with the light colour

Layers-> mask load/save-> load mask from disk
Look for mask SG_Dotty
Merge group

Edge effects enhance 1x
Opacity on 53

Activate the tube of Lori Rhea
Copy and paste as a new layer

Resize this tube with the pick tool

give here a place in the middle of the laer
Opacity 20

Activate the arrow mabe by Babaloux (image 5)
When you use a different colour then colorize to the colours you use
pick from 1 of the colours the K & V value

Copy and paste as a new layer
Place this tube on the left side

Duplicate this layer
Mirror and merge down

Select the border from the arrow
Promote selectio to layer

Ctrl D
Opacity of layer 3 will go to 50%

Activate the promoted layer
Drop shadow 5/5/50/5

Activate the tube made by mds
Copy and paste as a new layer
Risise once (1x) with 80% & once (1x) 90%

drop shadow 15/-15/50/10

Activate the text tool
Font of choice
My choice was Roller Baby

Type your text
Drop shadow 4/4/50/10

Border 5 pix light colour

Plave a watermark
(place it so you don't touch the border of the arrow)

Select all border also of the arrow
(Add mode)

When you only use the magic wand he will select that what he can reach,
will you also select that where the dropshadow is then you must also use freehand

Duplicate this layer 3x

Open the glitters from your location
Adjust - hue and saturiation - colorize
Use the numbers from the H & S from your light colour

Back to your creation
Change the background colour into pattern & take glitter 1
Lock the 2 copys and activate the original layer

Fill the selection with the pattern
Lock this layer

Unlock the first copy
Change the pattern into giltters 2
Fill the selection with the pattern

Repeat this with the second copy and Glitters 3

Unlock all layers and save your creation as PSP Animation Shop

Open animation shop
Open the creation you saved 2 minutes ago

Look by vieuw if you like it like this
