Let's start this tutorial:

Open the tube in PSP
Shift D close the original tube
Delete the watermark

Resize the canvas size to 800x800
(Image-> Canvas size)

Duplicate the tube layer 3x
Lock the 3 copy's

Activate layer 1
VM Distortion Center mirror

Duplicate this layer
Rotate 15° right

Duplicate the copy
Repeat the rotation again

Merge visible layers

Opacity 70

Activate & unlock the first copy
antique mosaic settings:

Accentueren 2x
Dekkingslaag 59

Activate & unlock the second (2nd) copy
Plug-in DCSpecial Rain

Distortion wind 100 right
Repeat 100 links
Resize with 90%
Opacity 55

Merge visible layers
Drop shadow 0/0/40/0

Unlock and activate the last copy
Resize with 80%

Drop shadow 5/5/40/0

Merge visible layers
Resize with75%

Copy and paste as a new image
Resize with 95%

Pick 2 colours from the wings or
other colours
The foreground colour becomes gradient
Sunburst repeat 2 middle point is 50/50

Fill the empty layer with the gradient
Move down under the creation

Dupliceer
Selection tool, circle and make a selection from the middle

Invert selection 1x delete
Ctrl D
Mosaic antiquek default settings

1x enhance more
Opacity 65

Activate the layer with the gradient
Select all
Adjust contract 5
Outer bevel default settings

Lock the fairy tube
Merge visible layers

Activate the fairy
Duplicate this layer twice (2x)

2nd copy is activated
VM Natural Sparkle default

Lock this layer
Activate the first (1st) copy
Repeat the plug-in with these settings:

Activate the original layer
We have locked the 2 copy's
Repeat the plu-in with these settings:

Activate the layer with the gradient
Place your watermark here

Activate the 2dn kopie
Activate text tool
Font of choice
I used Henry Morgan Hand

Type your text
The text will come under the feet
(when you use the same tube as I did)
If you have ramifications if I
Let it run over the foot
We solve this later on

Drop shadow 5/5/40/0
Eraser
Erasr the part of the letters who run over the feet
(not the foot)

The first and second layer are still locked
SHIFT CTRL C

Open AS
CTRL V

Back tot PSP
Unlock the original tube and unlock the 1st copy
SHIFT CTRL C
Back to AS
SHIFT CTRL L

Repeat this with the last copy of the tube

Select all
Animation propeties of frame
Change to 50
We finished this tutorial
Save as GIF
