Let's start

 1
Open all tubes into PSP and resize them
( the sizes are noted by the materials)
Adjust unsharp mask 1/64/1
Open also the image into PSP

We look for the colours in the Image
Light foreground colour and dark background colour

Open a new layer 600x500 pix transparent
Change the foreground colour into gradient
Radial angle 30 repeat 9
Fill the layer with the gradient

Adjust gaussian blur 8

Select all
New layer
Activate the Image Beach1
Copy and paste as a new layer

Opacity 50 luminance legacy
Load mask from disk 20-20
Merge group
Edge effects enhance

Activate tube paesaggio2
Copy and paste as a new layer
Luminance legacy
Plug-in FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss default settings
Opacity 72

Activate the couple tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Blend mode luminance legacy

Duplicate this layer
Lock the copy
Activate layer 3
Texture effects mosaic glass
