Let's start this tutorial:

We open all tubes in PSP
Take a dark and light colour out of a tube
Light front dark behind

Open a new layer transparent 800x650 pix

front colour gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 2

Fill the layer with the gradient
New layer
Fill with the dark colour

Effects texture effects texture
look for texture av_3
Size 250%
0/1/0/0
White/315/50/30

Opacity 40
2x Enhance more

Go to the tube from MDZ
Copy and paste as a new layer
don't let the tube be coupled

move the tube to the left side of the layer
Duplicate and mirror

The "windows" on the right from the original tube and the left
from the duplicate must become 1

Merge down
Go to the pick tool and pull to the right

Opacity 50

Go to the Fairy tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

1x resize 80%
keep her in the middle but a little bit lower

1x unsharp mask2/100/5

Merge all layers
