Let's start this tutorial:

1.
Open a new layer 900x750 transperant
Open all tubes into PSP

Take colours of choice
I took the colors from the tube1236 made by Luz Cristina

2.
Fill the empty layer with the dark colour
Effects - Plug-ins -> Mura Meister -> Clouds:

3.
Activate the tube 1236 made by LuzCristina
Copy (CTRL C) & paste as a new layer (CTRL L)

Image - Resize (SHIFT S)

Repeat this 1x
Place the tube in the left upper corner

4.
Activate the windmuhle van Silvie
Copy (CTRL C) & paste as a new layer on the work layer (CTRL L)

Image - Resize (SHIFT S)
Same settings as in step 3

Place this tube in the upper corner on the right hand side
The upper blade will not hit the border
De blade on the right side will hit the border

5.
Activate Raster 2
Activate the tube Karta1080
Copy (CTRL C) & paste as a new layer on the work layer (CTRL L)

Activate the selection tool(S)

Make a selection like you see here:

(I locked the other layers)

Click on the Delete button
Repeat this 1x
Image - Resize (SHIFT S)
Same settings as before
Repeat this 2x with CTRL Y

Move the tube down
Till you see the brigde
('the pillars are not visible)

Adjust -> Sharpness ->Unsharp mask:

6.
Layer - Merge - Merge all
Image - Resize (SHIFT S)

Effects -> Plug-ins -> FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss
Default settings

Effects -> Plug-ins -> AAA Frame Foto Frame:

Repeat with these settings

7.
Activeer tube betti_50_august_2009
Copy (CTRL C) & paste as a new layer on the work layer (CTRL L)

Imge - Mirror (CTRL M)
Image - Resize (SHIFT S)

Repeat this 2x

Place this tube in the left corner (below)

8.
Activate the woman tube made by Luz Cristina
Copy (CTRL C) & paste as a new layer on the work layer (CTRL L)

Image - Mirror (CTRL M)
Place the tube next the tube of Betti

Select the eraser
Activate the background
Erase the background out of the face of the woman

9.
Layer - Merge - Merge all

Effects-> Artistic effects -> Aged Newspaper

Selection - Select all (CTRL A)
Image - Crop to selection (SHIFT R)

Selection - Select all (CTRL A)
Selection -> Modify - Contract to 2 pix
Selection - Invert (CTRL+SHIFT I)
1x Delete

Image - Resize (SHIFT S)

Aanpassen -> Scherpte -> Onscherpmasker:

Place your watermark
And we are finished with this tutorial
Save as JPEG
