Let's start:

Open all tubes and the image
in PSP and resize when necessary

Choice 2 colours from a tube or image
in the same colour group

Open a new work field transparent
600x450 pix
Fill this layer with the light colour
New layer
Fill this with the dark colour

Effects Texture effects Texture
Look for texture koffiekitten
Use the next settings:
100/0/3/7/4/ white 215/50/30
Opacity 25

Activate raster 1
Select all

Go to the Image
Load mask from disk
Mask 2020
Merge group

Copy & paste as new layer on your creation
Move a bit more to the left
Sharpness sharpen more
Merge all layers

Couple tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Drop shadow with the next settings:
V7/H9/opacity 50/ Blur 13
Repeat V9/H7

Opacity 77

Border 30 pix dark colour
Select with magic wand
Foreground on gradient
Linear angle 45 repeats 1

Fill selection with the gradient
CTRL D

Plug-in Bordermania frame 2
Settings:
9/9/89/117

Accent tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 75% repeat with 90%
Give a nice place on your creation
