Let's Start:

Open all tube in PSP
Take the next colours:
Front: #d6d5d1
Background: #959387
(or 2 colours of choice)

Open a new transparent field 500x350 pix

Fill with your light colour
New layer
Fill with the dark colour

Load mask from disk
mask !10-30-mydaisy

Merge group
Opacity 50

Go to the flower tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
2x resize 75%
Activate the move pick (K key)
We make the flower bigger by pulling up

Place the flower left

Opacity 75
Luminance legacy

Merge all layers

Select all
Modify contract 10
Invert
Outer bevel default settings

Go to the woman tube
3x resize 75

Place her to the right
Don't cross the black border

Luminance legacy
Drop shadow 3/-3/45/5

Border 10 pix yellow
Select the border with magic wand
fill with gradient linear 45/2
Graphic plus Cross shadow default settings

Border 10 pix dark colour
select with magic wand
Outer bevel default settings

Border 1 pix black

Type your text
drop shadow 1/1/100/1

Okay we are done.
Give it a name and save as JPG
