Well let's start with this nice tut:

Open all tubes into PSP
Open a new transparent layer 800x600

Pick from 1 tube 2 nice colours
Take the colours of the season you like always nice
Foreground colour is light and background colour is dark

The background colour becomes a gradient

Linear angle 45 and repeat on 2
Insert is not marked
Fill the new layer with this gradient

Go to the tube made by Sil & Tan
Copy and paste as a new layer
Place this tube in the upper right corner

Opacity on 80
When you have the feeling that the tube is to big
then resize it till you like it

Activate the tube made by Luz Christiana
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move this tube to the left upper corner
move down 1x
Opacity on 60

The layer above (the layer with the tube of Sil Tan)
Activate the tube KaraT 1080
Copy and paste as a new layer

Activate the eraeser
Eraese the sun and clouds

We make the tube bigger with the selection pick tool (K)
And we pull till the whole layer is coverd by this tube
Opacity on 55

Move down 2x

Activate the layer with the tube of Sil Tan

Activate the tube KaraT3308
Copy and paste as a new layer
Erease the background and the water

Move to the bootom right corner

Lock the last layer (down)
Merge Visible
Opacity on 75
Luminance legacy

Unlock the last layer

Actibvate the tube made by Alejandra
Copy and paste as a new layer

Don't move the tube its standing on the right place
Move down 1x
Soft light

Duplicate this layer
Opacity on 55

Merge visible layers
Plug-in FM Tile Tools
Blend Emboss default settings

Plug-in AAAframe Textuur
default settings

Go to the boy with dog tube
Layer- load mask from disk
Mask 20-20

Merge group
Copy and past as a new layer
Place the tube in the bottom right corner

Activate the tube made by H@nne
Repeat mask 20-20
Merge group

Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 80%
Place the tube in the bottom left corner

Merge all layers
Don't forget the watermark
