Let’s start this tutorial:

Open all tubes in PSP
Pick 2 colours out one tube
Gradient linear angel 0 repeats 3
From the background

Open a new layer transparent 600x400 pix

Fill the layer with the light colour
New layer

Fill the new layer with the gradient
Opacity 50
Merge all layers

Go to the scenery tube
Copy & paste as a new layer

Select with the pick tool
Pull the tube out to the right and left
Over of the total of the layer

Load mask from disk
Look for mask FJN4G8
Invert mask checked

Merge group
Opacity 50
Edge effects enhance

Go to the animal tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Blend luminance legacy
Move to the bottom left hand corner
Opacity 50

Go to the kid animal tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize with 75%

Blend luminance legacy
Move to the bottom right hand corner
(the tube may cross the border)

Drop shadow:
7/6/67/1
Repeat -6/-7

Border 6 pix white
Select the border
Fill with gradient

Plug-in Graphics Plus cross shadow default
Border 6 pix light colour
Select and give an outer bevel
Default settings

Border 12 pix white
Select the border
Change by gradient the angle to 60
Fill the border with the gradient

Repeats plug-in
Border 12 pix light colour
Select and repeats outer bevel

Go to the text tool
Look for 2peas Gone Postal
(or a font you like)

My settings where:
Size 36, vector, stroke width 2

Type your text
Give it a nice place you can use free rotation
Drop shadow:
-6/-7/67/1

Merge all layers
Resize 75%
Sharpness/ sharpen more
Place a watermark
Save as JPEG
