Let's start:

Open the tube in PSP
Pick a light pink colour and a dark pink colour

Light on front dark behind

Open a new layer 600x400 pixels
Fill with the dark colour
New layer
Fill with the ligtht colour

Load mask from disk
Mask 0.153wicked
Flip transperance
Merge group
Opacity 50

Duplicate layer
Opacity 25
Free rotate 90 left

Go to the Gini Tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move the tube to the left

duplicta the layer
Mirror in balance against each other
Opacity 12

again to the Gini Tube
Shift D
Close the original

Move the name layer
2x resize 80%
all layers marked

New layer
Fill with the gradient from the zip
Move down

weave with the next settings
6/12/50 light colour dark colour

Border 1 pix light
Border 1 pix dark
Border 1 pix light

Border 4pix dark
Select with magic wand
Inner bevel list:
Nr11 -> 16/4/00 white 315/50/30

resize 80%

Copy this image
Back to workfield paste as a new layer
Move left upper corner see image

Resize with 75%
all layers NOT markd
Duplicate this layer
resize 75% place digonal to the right size under the orignal layer
Move down

Duplicate
again diagonal to the right size
Resize 75%
Merge down 2x
opacity 75

Load selection from disk
Selection Pinkribbon001
Fill with light colour
contract 5 fill with dark colour
Drop shadow 4/4/50/5

 Ctrl D

Move the ribbon to the right size upper corner

Take a font you like
Write the text
Same drop shadow as step 7

Plug-in
Bordermania Frame 2 change switch 1 to 10
switch 2 to 2

Place a watermark and we are finished

Save as JPG
