Let's start this tutorial:

Open the tubes into PSP
Open a new layer transparent 800x650px

Activate the tube of Lewi
Copy and paste as a new layer
Opacity 85

Activate the tube of Nikita
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move it to the top right corner
Place it so that the empty space of the scenery tube fills

Move down 1x
Opacity 61

Take from the scenery tube 2 colours
Dark becomes the foreground colour and light the background colour
The foreground colour becomes a gradient
Linear angle 45 repeats 2

Fill the first layer with the gradient
Merge visible layers

Duplicate the layer

Resize with 75%

Activate the original layer
Effects Lighting lamps:

Activate the copy layer
Drop shadow:
10/10/50/5 light colour
Repeats -10/-10

Merge all layers

Activate the Nurso tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate 2x (the tube become fuller of duplicate )
Merge down 2x

Activate the diamonds tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize with 90% 3x

Move down to the bottom right corner
Drop shadow:
10/-10/50/5 black

Merge all layers

Font Diamond Fantasy
Settings of choice
Change the gradient background and foreground colour the light

Type your text
Convert to a Raster Layer
Plug-in Graphic Plus-> Cross Shadow-> default settings

Repeat the drop shadow
Blend mode soft light
Duplicate this layer

Merge all layers
Resize with 75%

Place a watermark
Save as JPG
