We start a blend made for a sad day for every one.
Let we remember them who died on that day:

Open all images and tubes into PSP

We do the next step with every image before starting
the rest of the tutorial
(only the Images not the tubes!!)
Layer-> Load mask from disk-> Mask 20-20
Merge group

Pick 2 not to dark colour
Foreground light colour background dark colour
The foreground colour becomes a gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 0

Open a new layer 800x600
Fill with the gradient
Opacity 63
Merge all layers

Take the first image
(I took the tower that collapsed with a lot of dust)
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move to the left side
Luminance legacy
Opacity 75

Go to the image with the “fire ball”
(The image with less dust)

Copy and paste as a new layer
Move to the right upper corner
Opacity 65
Luminance legacy

The image with the towers in fire
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move to the right bottom corner

Dekkingslaag 75
Luminance legacy

The image with the little man
Copy and paste as a new layer

Pull to the left and right with the pick tool
Mirror
Opacity 70 and luminance legacy

Merge all layers

Duplicate this layer
Resize with 80%

Unsharp mask 1-64 5
Sharpness-< Sharpen

Drop shadow 15/15/45/15
Repeat with -15/-15

Activate the merged layer
Select all adjust 10px
Invert
Outer bevel default setting

CTRL D
Activate the copy layer

Activate the flame tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Duplicate this layer
Mirror and let it touch the other flames

Repeat the duplicate
merge down 2x
Opacity 30

Merge all layers
resize 80%
Sharpness-> sharpen more

Go to the tubes with the fireman
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move to the left bottom corner

Drop shadow 15/15/45/15

Activate the text tool
Take a font that fits by this tutorial
and which you like

Settings of choice
Drop shadow 2/2/75/2

Merge all layers
Don't forget the watermark

And save as JPEG
