We start these tutorial:

Open all tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours from the scenery
Foreground color is light background dark
Write the K & V numbers on a note

Open a new workfield
600x400 px transparent

The foreground colour becomes a gradient
Linear angle 45 repeat 1

Fill the layer with the gradient
Adjust blur gaussian blur 4

New layer
Select all

Activate the scenery
Copy and paste into selection
Control D

Activate the pick tool (K key)
Pull the tube on the upper site
intill the houses reach the border

Un activate the pick tool by push the M key
Move the tube a bit down
Now the little wall reach the border

Activate 1 of the firework tubes
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize 3x with 75%
(Do you think it is still to big then resize again)

Place in the right upper corner
Adjust Sharpness sharpen more
Duplicate mirror

Activate the second firework tube
Repeat intill resize
Give this tube a place next to the tube on the right
When necessary repeat sharpness
Duplicate & mirror

Go to the last fireworks tube
repeat agin intill resize
Place this tube in the middle

Move down 4x
Opacity 50
Sharpness 2x sharper

Activate the woman tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
resize 2x with 75%
Place this tube in the middle of the image
she reach to the bottom
(Her place is between the man and woman animation)

Adjust hue and saturation-colorize
Colorize fill in the K and V value
(I took them from the dark colour but
maybe you like the light more)

Plug-in Eye Candy 3 settings:
315 (angle) 13/100/85

Merge all layers

Plug-in Xero Porcelian with the next settings:
70/98/138/20/20/255
Repeat them

Change You background to pattern
We looking for the image you made
Mostly it is the first pattern
angle 0 scale 145

Border 1 pix black
Border 25 yellow
Select the border with the magic wand
tolerance on 0 father on 0
Fill the selection with the pattern
Adjustn gaussian blur 4

Plug-in Bordermania 3d soft color#1
settings: 65 144 92

Invert the selection
Drop shadow: V/H -2/ 100/17
Repeat V/H 2

Control D
Place your watermark in the border

Copy the layer
Paste as a new frame in AS

!!Okay we are going to work in AS!!

Go to the frame you have made
Duplicate this frame till you have 6 frames
Select all

Open the 2 animation of the man and woman in AS
Activate the man animation
Ga naar je mannen animatie
Animation resize animation 400 pix

Control C
Go to image Control E
Let it loose on the picture
NOTE: On the same "border" as the woman with mask!!

Activate the woman animation
Repeat step 10

Look if the animtion is okay
When you think its going to fast the change that
Go to Animation Propeties of animation
and change the numbers you see
When you go to the previeuw then you
can see if it's okay

Save as GIF and gve it a nice name
