Let's start:

Open a new layer
800x600pix transparent

Open all tubes in PSP
take 2 colours from a tube

write the K & V numbers from the dark colour
we use this later on

fill the layer with the dark colour
Plug-in Mura Meister Clouds
The settings are:

play with the settings

New layer
Fill with the light colour
Load mask from disk
Mask Sharlimarmask1

Mark on by transparent invert
Delete the mask layer

Merge group
Drop shadow

Go to 1 of the body tubes
Copy and paste as a new layer

**Select with the pick tool (K key)
rotate the tube a bit so it becomes on
a line with the frame border from the mask**

Place this tube on the right site from
the image, it may fall over the broder from the frame
we delete later all what we see from under the frame

move down
Opacity 50

Adjust hue and saturation- colorize
Fill the numbers in

Activate the mask layer
Go to the second body tube
copy and paste as a new layer

repeat the ** from step 4
Move the tube to the left
This tube may fall over the border to

move down 2x
Opacity 45

Adjust and repeat the colorize
The numbers fit

Go to the free hand
Select the border from the frame
Invert

Activate the layer with the first tube
Push the delete button

Repeat this with the other tube layer
CTRL D

Go to the womaen tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Drop shadow same settings as the mask
Give her a nice place
(when you have a woman who sits then it's great
to let her sit on the border of the frame)

Repeat colorize

Go to the flower tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Resize 50%
Repeat colorize
Place it in the corner who is free

Repeat drop shadow

Merge all layers

Font of choice with settings of choice

Drop shadow 1/1/100/1
Resize 600 pix
Unsharp mask 1-64-1

Merge all layers

Place your watermark
Save as JPG
