Let out of respect for the creators of the tubes the name intact.
Don't pretend you created the tubes!!

Let's start this tutorial:

Open the tubes into PSP
Open a new layer transparent 750x550
We pick 2 colours from the lady tube
The dark foreground and light background colour
The foreground colour becoms a gradient
Radial angle 0 repeats 4
Fill the layer with the gradient

Blur Gaussian Blur 10
New layer
Activate the scenery tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Place the tube as you see on the image:

On the right side you take away the tower and dome
used here for the eraser settings of choice
Opacity 46 & luminance legacy

Activate the tube made by Babaloux
Copy and paste as a new layer
We shift the tube not
We select the tube with the tool displacement
Take here the pick tool ( K quick key)
we pull the tube to the bottom right
and upper left (We do not touch the edge)
slide the tube into the lower right corner just over the edge

Activate the lady tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move her to the left and till the half over the edge
Drop shadow default settings

Go to the musical notes tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Mirror
Move to the upper right corner
Move down 2x
Opacity 57
Erase all what you see through the hat of the singer

Merge all layers
Border 1px black
Border 10px light colour
Select the broder width the magic wand

New layer
Fill the border with the gradient
Repeat gaussian blur
Border 5 dark colour
Border 10 light colour
Repeat the 1st part of this step with the other border

Merge all layers
Activate the brush pencil and look for
"she moves mysterious ways "
You need these settings

Give it a place under the U2 singer
Click 4x on the left mouse button
Drop shadow10/10/75/2 colour white
Merge all layers
Place a watermark and save as JPG
