And give the size as told
Use unsharp mask 1/64/4

Choose from a tube 2 colours
Light on front and dark on the back

Open a new working field (wf)
500x400 pix transparent
Fill this with the light colour

New layer
Select all
Go to the Image (men)
Copy and past into selection

Mask load from disk
Go to mask 161-kris
(source luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask)
Merge group
opacity on 12
Effect edge enhance

Sharpness sharpen more
