Let's start:

Open a new layer
400x400 transparent

Open all tubes and resize when nessecary

Pick 2 colours from a tube
Foreground is light colour background is dark colour
We make a gradient of the dark colour
radial Repeat 5 angle 0

We fill the layer with the gradient
Adjust-> blur-> gaussian blur 5

Activate the scenery tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layer load mask from disk
Mask 20-20
Merge group

Activate the tube with the children
Copy and paste as a new layer
Opacity 91
Give the tube a nice place
(I gave them a place on the stairs)

Open the tube of the woman
Copy and paste as a new layer
When nessecary use mirror
and place her where you like
(I placed her in the left bottom corner)

Open the word art
Copy and paste as a new layer
Place where you like
When necessary resize with 95% (2 or 3x)
Rotation 15 to the right

New layer
Place your watermark

Border 1 pix black

Save as JPEG and give the creation a nice name
