Let's start the tutorials:

Open a new layer transparent 750x550
Open all tubes into PSP
Pick 2 colours from a tube

Light will become the foreground colour, and dark the background colour

The foreground colour becomes a gradient
Linear angle 45 repeats 0
Invert marked

Fill your empty layer with the gradient
New layer and select all
Go to the tube of MC (lightning tube)
Copy and paste into the selection

CTRL D
Move the tube a bit to the upper right corner
Duplicate the layer and Mirror
When you do that you will have this:

Activate the waterfall tube of Nikita
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move the tube to the left edge
The tube may fall a bit over the edge but not to much
Luminance legacy

Go to the scenery tube of Luz the hut in the forest
Copy and paste as a new layer

Mirror
We place the tube like if it fits in the curve of the waterfall

Luminance legacy
We now hat this:

Merge all layers
Duplicate this layer

Resize 75%
(Not all layers)
Drop shadow 10/10/75/5 black
repeat with -10/-10

Activate the original layer
Button:

Border 1 pix black

Activate the Twilight tube of Sorenson
Copy and paste as a new layer

Move the couple to the left side
Resize 90%
They may fall a bit over the edge

Activate the accent tube
Copy and paste as a new layer

Resize 1x 75% 1x 80%
Drop shadow 10/10/50/5

Move to the bottom right corner

Type your text
Drop shadow 2/2/75/2

Place a watermark
Merge all layers end save as JPEG
