Let's start:

Open all tubes into PSP
Resize the size of the image 20h8pwy
Pick 2 colours from a tube or the Image

Foreground will become a gradient
Lineair angle 45 repeat 2

Open a new transaprent layer 500x 400
Fill this layer with the gradient

Activate the scenery tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Luminance legacy
opacity 75

Activate the dock on the water tube
Copy and paste a new layer
Luminance legacy & opacity 70

Activate the image
Layers- load mask from disk
Mask 20-20

Merge group
Copy and past as a new layer

Activate the man tube
Copy and past as a new layer
Luminance legacy

Merge all layers
Plug-in Xero Porcelain default settings
Plug-in FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss default settings
Plug-in AAA Frame Foto Frame

Change the upper switch to 25

Place a watermark
Save this creation as a JPG and gif a nice name
