We going to start:

Open all tubes in PSP
Pick 2 colours from a tube

Dark behind Light in the front
Open a new transperant 800x600 pix

Fill your layer with the light Colour
New layer
Fill with the dardk colour

Load mask from disk
Look for mask 429 kris
Merg group
Opacity 59

New layer
Select all
Go to ythe scenery tube
Copy and paste in selection

CTRL D

We going to make the tube bigeer
(By click on the K key you get a moving pick selection around the tube)
Go the left upper corner and pull
Do the same with the right under corner

Opacity 67

Go to the bridge tube
Copy and past as a new layer

Select with free hand a round the brigde
Feathers on 20
Click on delete now the city behind the bridge is deleted
On the end from the bridge (between the pillers) you still see the city
select that with the free hand also and click on delete

We make the tube a bit bigger with the move pick (quick key K)
to the left and right

Lumnance Old
Opacity 70

Go to the dancers tube
Copy and past as a new layer

Resize 3x with 75%
Place as the picture above

Go to the eraser tool
size 10 hardness 50 opacity 100

Remove all of the dancers who are over the guardrail from the bridge

Dropshadow standard settings

Merge all layers
AAA frame photo frame
Standard settings

Duplicate this layer
Resize with 80%
Drop shadow standard
repeat -10/-10

Merge all layers
Place your watermark

Go to the tube from Lor Rheai
Copy and past as a new layer

Resize 2x with 80

Drop shadow standard settings

Duplicate the first layer (merge layer) 3x
Go the the thirth copy activate this
Plugin Xenofex 2
Constellation with the next settings
3.5/18/1/0/17/75 hoek 45
Check mark in “keep original image”

Lock this layer
Activate the second copy
Repeat the Plug-in click on Random

Repeat this also with the first copy and the original layer
The 3 copys are locked

Go to the woman
Duplicate 3x
activate the third copy
Selection tool freehand
Select the green paint on the legs and back
(feather 0, smoothing 0 and Add)
(WE DON"T SELECT THE PAINT UNDER THE SKIRT)

Go to add noise
Gaussian and monochrome on 60

Lock this layer activate the second copy from the tube
Repeat Noise but change to 50
Lock this copy

Activate copy 1
Noise 40
Lock

Activate the original tube
Noise 30

CTRL D

We have 3 locked copys of the tube and background

Open AS
Go back toPSP

Open are the ariginal background and tube
SHIFT CTRL C
Lock these layers

Go back to AS
CTRL V

Back to PSP
unlock copy 1 of background and tube
SHIFT CTRL C
Lock them again

got to AS
SHIFT CTRL L

Repeat this with copy 2 & 3

Select all
Go to Animation and resize the creation with 80%

Do you think that the animation is to fast then you can change it.
I like it this way.

Save your creation as GIF and give it a name
