Let's start:

Open the tubes and when necessary
resize them and use unsharp mask
1/64/4

Take from 1 tube 2 colours dark and light
In the same tint
The forefront becomes a gradient
Linear angle 0 repeats 0
Invert checked

Open new work field
500x500 pix
Fill with the gradient

New layer
Fill with dark colour (background colour)
Texture effects fine leather default settings

Select all
modify contract 12px
delete 1x
Invert
Inner bevel

New layer
Go to the landscape tube
Copy & paste as new layer
Opacity 75
Move a bit to the right

Activate the man tube
Copy & paste as new layer
Move a bit to the right
It may not touch the border

Go to the bride tube
Copy & paste as new layer
Resize with 90%
Repeat 5x
Unsharp mask 1/64/4
Give a nice place
Opacity 75

Go to the first accent tube
For me it was KaraT4179

Copy & paste as new layer
Free rotate 180 counter clock wise (left)
Move in the left upper corner
Opacity 36

Go to the second accent tube
(KaraT3772)
Copy & paste as new layer
Move to the left bottom corner

Duplicate the tube
Activate the original tube layer
Distortion effects wind 100 left
Opacity 47

Activate the upper Layer

Go to the text tool
Colours on normal (no gradient)
Dark in front light behind
Look for a font you like
Settings of your choice

Drop shadow 1-1-100-1 black
Free rotate 33 left
Give it a place

Merge all layers
Plug-in Xero porcelain standard

AAA Frame Photo frame
Look snap shot for settings:

40/0/0/0/0/0/0/100 default

Border 1 pix dark
Border 1 pix light
Border 1 pix black

Resize to 400 pix
Place a watermark
Save as JPG
